SHIPPING: Free standard shipping on all orders worldwide (without tracking)
We'll hand-pick and pack your EYELIKE product. We will dispatch your order with love via DHL. If you would like your chain quicker then drop us an email info@eyelike.store, and we will see what we can do for you.

Dispatchment time: All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase. They will be dispatched directly from Germany or Indonesia. 

PLEASE NOTE: EYELIKE cannot be held accountable for delays in shipping times as these are just an estimated time frame and can often exceed the time advised by DHL Germany. 

The estimated shipping times are:

Germany 1-3 business days 

Indonesia 1-3 business days 

Europe 3-5 business days
USA & Canada  12- 19 business days
Asia  12-19 business days

Australia & New Zealand 12-19 business days

EYELIKE is not responsible for any duties and/or taxes imposed. We are not responsible for any items held or detained by customs. It is advised that the customer contact their customs office to enquire about any taxes, duties or import regulations before ordering.
